STEM Camp: July 12-15, 2021

Jackson Parish School Board will offer STEM Camp to Middle and High School Students this summer. Any student enrolled in Jackson Parish Schools during the 2020-2021 academic school year and entering Grades 6-12 qualifies to apply. Class size will be limited to (20) students in Middle School and (20) Students in High School. Participants will be chosen on a first-come/first-serve basis.

The Purpose of this program is to spark, cultivate, and promote our students' interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM).
 
Students Entering Grades 6-8:
Jonesboro-Hodge Middle School. Instructors: Kristopher Cash and Britani Fields
Focus Areas: Basic Coding, Building Simple Machines, and Chemical Reaction Activities

Students Entering Grades 9-12:
Jonesboro-Hodge High School. Instructors: Richard Arnold and Genesis Williams
Focus Areas: Robotics, Drones, and Circuits

Transportation will not be provided.
